Gorgeous Bride

I had the pleasure of photographing Rochelle recently for her bridal portrait. She looked amazing and did an incredible job looking cool even though it was VERY HOT!!! I really like how her portraits turned out. There were so many great ones it was hard for me to choose these 8.

Circus Time!

I spent the day today with my family at the circus. It was a lot of fun! They have really changed things this year. Gone are the days of the 3-ring circus (except in our seats, it was more like a 4-ring circus!!!)...this show was more theatrical and only had one activity going on in the middle at a time. I think this was much better, you could see everything easier. There was lots of singing and dancing and a story to follow. I have posted a few from today. My kids totally have "Photographers Kids Syndrome (PKS)" 95% of the time they either won't smile for me or run away...so here is my try at getting their pictures. The coolest one is of my husband and youngest son on the Junbo-tron. I circled them so you can see them better. In my haste to get the shot I accidentally cut off some of the words, OOPPS!!

Beautiful Maternity Session

My friend Michelle is expecting her second little boy in a couple of months. She came over yesterday for her maternity session. She was great. She pretty much let me do whatever I wanted with her and her family. I chose the one below because I think it is SO beautiful! She looked like a goddess draped in satin standing in that pose. We did a lot of fun, casual shots too, which I will post later, but I just had to get this one up because I loved it so much.

Michelle thanks for being such a great sport yesterday. The rest of your pictures look wonderful too. I can't wait for you to see them!

Twins on the Way!

Hello All,
I had the opportunity to meet a wonderful couple recently who are expecting twins. A boy and a girl! We started out the session at their home and then went to the lake for a few at sunset. The mommy-to-be did a great job especially considering the heat!

Guys you did a great job and I can't wait to meet the little ones when they arrive! Here are a few to tide you over until we meet again.
