My Little Man

I went for a walk with my little Luke yesterday morning and tried to get a few pictures of him. As usual he was more interested in running away to look at something than making cute faces for me to take pictures of. As you can see below they are all of his backside! This seems to be all he will give me now. It seems he is already over having his picture taken. I have become quite known for the pictures I seem to get of my family members from behind. All of my absolute favorites are taken that way. (beach scene, fishing scenes, train scene...now these) I am not sure why but it always seems to turn out that way. I think I am going to have the one of him on the trail done as a 16x20 gallery wrap for the house. It should go nicely with the others.

Teddy and Butch

I know it has been a while since I posted and I have some catching up to do! Here are a couple from my senior sessions on Friday. This is Teddy and Butch. High school sweethearts that decided to have their senior pictures made together. We had a lot of fun together. They are both just great! Check out Teddy jumping below...she is a dancer and can really get up there!

Fletcher Has Arrived!!!

Baby Fletcher has arrived! Paul and Brooke welcomed their little guy home 2 weeks ago and are settling in nicely with him. I had the pleasure of photographing him today. I was so excited to meet him I could barely stand it. This is such a wonderful, fun-loving couple. I am so excited that they have chosen me to photograph their child throughout his first year of life. Fletcher was VERY hungry this afternoon and was having none of me photographing him until his tummy was full. After he filled it though he settled into such a sweet state of quiet alertness and then, after we wore him out, sleep. He is such a beautiful baby! I will let you see for yourself below. Brooke and Paul, thank you for welcoming me into your home again. You are always such a pleasure to work with! I will see you all again soon. Until then...

Cute Cousins

On Monday I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful family. I did a combined session of 2 sister's families. It was so much fun. I really had a great time meeting all of them! I have posted a picture of the cousins together below...there will be more to come but with the holiday I have had a lot going on...stay tuned
